Junior Compliance Project Manager

Malta

As the Junior Compliance Project Manager, you will report to the Head of Compliance Projects and work together to organise, coordinate and deliver compliance-led initiatives and projects within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the implementation and delivery of compliance-driven projects ranging from minor regulatory updates to new market entries.
  • Work closely with the technical compliance team to understand compliance requirements and be able to transform these into a project.
  • Define the project scopes and objectives to share with relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively and regularly with all stakeholders involved in a project to ensure transparency on the status of the project life cycle.
  • Maintain and organise comprehensive project documentation that can be used as the one source of truth across the organisation.
  • Maintain an organised project plan and project backlog using the company’s internal tools.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in regulatory certifications of various software products.
  • Liaise with external providers such as certifiers, compliance tool providers, and clients.
  • Plan and execute enhancements to the platform’s third-party integrated AML and RG tools.
  • Configure and manage onboardings of new clients onto the third-party integrated AML and RG tools.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Diploma-level qualification in the business and computing field
    • A recognised project management qualification would be considered a plus.
  • Technical Skills
    • Knowledge of project planning and the use of a project management tool
    • Conversant in the use of Jira and Confluence or a similar product.
    • Thorough knowledge of an Office suite of products.
    • Familiarity with the development lifecycle
  • Background – iGaming, compliance or tech
  • Soft skills –
