GiG and iGC present new casino operator client 'Twin'

Hi Marcin, what has been the driving force behind Twin, your latest project?
We have been given a unique opportunity to create a casino environment from the ground up that we, as casino players, would be excited to play in. Utilising the iGC platform enables this vision and has given us both the solid base and toolset to deliver a truly great casino experience.
Please tell us about the background story and premise for Twin.com:
Our Twin team is firmly built from a pool of industry professionals having extensive experience in online entertainment, betting and gambling. It is no wonder that our Twin members can be considered leading experts in the industry – they have gathered their expertise by working for the most recognisable companies in the gaming world. They have now joined forces at Twin to create the hi-tech, and dynamic casino they have always dreamed of.
That certainly sounds like a lot of unbridled passion for the online casino game. How does this translate into Twin’s customer promise and intended appeal?
Twin’s mission is to become the casino that tailors itself to the players, fully customer centric. Not only are we ensuring we always have an appealing and permanent array of amazing promotions and the best games – we also have the roadmap to continuously build and implement new features. Some of them will ensure that Twin keeps delivering the best-of-breed games to our customers based on their preferences.
Alex, you as the Casino Manager are close to the customer stories at Twin.com – maybe you can share the outline of one of those:
As different as customer stories go, I actually have a story of sheer unbelievable luck to share. Shortly after soft launch a customer who had signed up through word of mouth grabbed our attention. He deposited €100 to get our Twin Welcome Bonus and throughout the first day of playing on Twin, he racked up an impressive series of big wins across different games. Over the course of the next couple of days the customer had not only successfully wagered the bonus but also won in excess of €30,000. The lucky customer withdrew the majority of his winnings swiftly and efficiently with the help of our trained support and payments staff. There you go!
What have Twin players to look forward to in terms of gamification elements?
Although Twin has only been launched, and is already widely acclaimed, we are not resting on our laurels. The hard work and development goes on towards making Twin the very best casino possible for our customers. A superb VIP & Loyalty program is soon to be released, and gamification will not be too far behind. We know casino, we love casino and we know what players want. We fully intend to provide all features and mechanics involved to them.

From here we will be building on our current gaming portfolio, adding payments partners and streamlining our customers’ experience by selecting only the best providers and partners in the market and driving services based on what our customers want – for which GIG’s eco-system with our platform provider iGC at its heart will be the best partner possible.
Now, Marcin, can you think of any other fun factors that are coming up for your players?
We are working on a number of gamification offerings as well a number of functionality improvements that we’re excited about such as game view, which is to be upgraded already this week with a new feature that will ensure players don’t have to stop playing a game regardless of where they navigate to on our site.
