Account Manager responsibilities include developing long-term, trusting relationships with our partners, identifying new opportunities in existing and/or emerging markets, achieving sales targets and preparing reports. Account Manager will oversee a certain number of partners (operators) and will be their main appointed contact for all questions and demands.
The role is based in Belgrade, and the Account Manager be working closely with other members of the organization to execute the overall business strategy from an account operation and management perspective, as well as cooperating with other teams in the company such as the SEO, BI, content and development team. Our account team members are well-organized, self-sufficient and successful at sales and marketing of our core product.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Managing AskGamblers accounts and assisting the team in making sure that the Employer has optimal relationships with affiliate partners
- Actively monitoring and analyzing operator’s results in order to improve their performances in correspondence with company’s strategy
- Liaising with other sales or other departments within the organization to make sure that all procedures are aligned
- Negotiating better deals with existing operators whilst actively searching for and reaching out to new ones with whom the Employer does not have a previous relationship with
- Maintaining tracking systems for campaigns and online activities
- Actively participating in product improvements with new ideas and revenue models
- Attending regular weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings with internal stakeholders
- Assisting the team with administration tasks when required
- Attending and representing the company at various affiliate conferences
Requirements
- BSc or MSc Degree in Business, Marketing, or any other related fields
- 2+ years of experience in account management within affiliate marketing or/and online advertising industry
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills and multi-tasking ability
- Advanced knowledge and experience with MS software: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- A strong attitude to drive and grow Revenue with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze and interpret data to develop actionable insights
