About the Job
You will manage and lead our Social Media team in Copenhagen working for Gaming Innovation Group. As a manager you will define KPIs and goals in collaboration with your team, and furthermore ensure that targets and deadlines are met. You will also get your hands dirty - because doing real live campaigns is what makes you maintain your edge. You will be working closely together with colleagues across the rest of our 5 offices in Europe to ensure that the company thrives and grows. You will refer directly to the Head of Performance Marketing.
You have strong experience with social advertising especially when it comes to lead generating campaigns, and you have the skills necessary to conceptualize and create eye-catching images for your social media and blog posts - ideally also experience with videos. You have an aptitude for writing clear, and compelling posts with the right amount of passion, that gets people's attention. You have a customer-service mindset, and you are at the forefront of social media, and have an idea about what the next big media will be. Furthermore, you have a solid understanding of SEO and content marketing and can see the synergies between. It will be a great advantage if you In your professional network are connected with people working at Facebook. You find it motivating to get the chance to work in the growing iGaming industry, and you are thrilled about the idea of building up your own team, and be the centre of excellence for all social media advertising in a big stock listed company. You are proficient in English and it’s a plus if you are proficient in one of the Scandinavian languages as well.

Our key business in the Copenhagen office is performance marketing with a focus on online campaigns.
