About the Job

You will manage and build our international SEA/PPC team to develop and implement successful search marketing strategies. As a manager you will define KPIs and goals in collaboration with your team, and furthermore ensure that targets and deadlines are met. You will also get your hands dirty - because doing real live campaigns is what makes you maintain your edge. You will be working closely together with colleagues across the rest of our 5 offices in Europe to ensure that the company thrives and grows. You will refer directly to the Head of Performance Marketing. 


About You

You have a solid understanding of SEM and content marketing and can see the synergies between, and have a prior experience of at least 3 years in the field of PPC. Furthermore, you have a deep knowledge of tools and systems regarding bid management tools, Google Analytics 360, AdWords, Bing, DoubleClick etc. You have an aptitude for writing clear, compelling Ads with the right amount of passion, that gets people's attention. You have a solid understanding of SEM and content marketing and can see the synergies between. We expect you to have experience dealing with the different customer-layers within the SEA world and large budgets. You have a customer-service mindset and are at the forefront of PPC/SEA, and have an idea about what the next big media will be. You find it motivating to get the chance to work in the growing iGaming industry, and you are thrilled about the idea of building up your own team, and be the center of excellence for all PPC/SEA advertising in a big stock listed company. You are proficient in English and it’s a plus if you are proficient in one of the Scandinavian languages as well.
