Solutions Architect

As a Solutions Architect, you will be crucial in guiding the organization to design, develop and deliver enterprise-level software solutions. Your deep technical expertise, coupled with an understanding of the industry, will be instrumental in ensuring the suitability, scalability, flexibility, and resiliency of our software solutions.

In your role, you will emphasize the importance of profitability, fast time to market, and

operational scalability, leveraging templating, automation, and policy-driven decision-making to accelerate product growth and market entries.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage a good understanding of the igaming industry, provider/operator environment,operator pain points, and operator business requirements to draw out product requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.
  • Design, develop and document the technical architecture of our products, considering scalability, performance, security, and integration requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and third-party tools to support the development and deployment of our software solution.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns to ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software.
  • Design and implement efficient CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in both the igaming industry, and software architecture.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates advanced proficiency in utilising the latest .NET Technologies (.NET Core, WebAPIs, Orleans).
  • Extensive experience developing solutions in the B2B software industry within the igaming space.
  • Knowledge of common operator and platform requirements, including both regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with event-driven microservices architecture, ideally using Kafka and Microsoft Orleans’ actor framework.
  • Familiarity with policy-driven decision-making frameworks, such as Open Policy Agent (OPA).
  • Proficiency in leveraging open-source technologies to reduce operational costs and enhance product capabilities, such as Keycloak.
  • Experience with automation tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) and E2E testing (e.g., K6).
  • Solid understanding of observability principles and tools, such as Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Expertise in designing and deploying applications on Kubernetes, preferably with experience in AWS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A passion for technology and a continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
