KYC Processing Agent


Here at GIG, we are constantly looking for talent to join our CS & KYC team.

Are you new to the iGaming business, or are you looking for new challenges in your career?Key responsibilities:

  • Process KYC documents and answer KYC related customer inquiries via emails.
  • Maintain quality control for Customer Due Diligence (CDD) documentation (Ex: Passports, IDs and Bank Statements).
  • Manage daily tasks/priorities, monitor the progress, and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Work in a fast-paced B2B environment, where you will be given the opportunity to upskill yourself in the KYC and Payments area, alongside some customer service aspects.

  • Maintaining a high level of quality with an eye for detail.
  • Communicating both written and verbally in English.
  • Keeping yourself motivated. You have a hunger to learn and develop.
  • Communicating clearly with the team and with other stakeholders across the business.

You’re also good at

  • Taking initiative and working independently.
  • Prioritizing and organising your work tasks efficiently.
  • Being flexible – as you will be required to work shifts. (namely morning and evening)
