We specialise in providing comprehensive managed services solutions to online casino operators, leveraging cutting-edge technology and a commitment to excellence. As we continue to expand our portfolio and client base, we are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Director of Managed Services to play a pivotal role in driving our commercial strategy and supporting the Group Director of Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Group Director of Business Operations to develop and execute the commercial strategy for our managed services division, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for high-value clients, understanding their business needs and objectives to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and relationship expansion
  • New Business Development: Lead efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the igaming industry, leveraging your knowledge of SEO, CRM, product, online casino setup, managed services, and paid media to drive growth and expansion
  • CRM Integration: Act as a liaison between the commercial team and the CRM team, ensuring alignment of strategies and initiatives to maximise customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value
  • Product Development Support: Collaborate with the product team to provide insights and recommendations for the development of new managed services offerings and enhancements to existing products, based on market demand and client feedback
  • Online Casino Setup Expertise: Leverage your expertise in online casino setup to provide guidance and support to clients during the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal utilisation of our services
  • Managed Services Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimise the performance of our managed services offerings, utilising data-driven insights and best practices to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, finance, marketing, and legal, to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering exceptional service to clients and driving business growth
  • Leadership and Team Development: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven experience in an operational leadership role within the iGaming industry, with a knowledgebase of SEO, CRM, product, online casino setup, managed services, and paid media
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
