Regulatory Compliance Officer

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our

regulatory compliance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that

our operations and systems adhere to relevant regulations and standards within GiG’s

regulatory ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay informed on regulatory developments in both established and emerging iGaming
  • markets.
  • Interpret and communicate regulatory requirements to internal teams, collaborate with
  • product and player safety operations to ensure compliance.
  • Support the centralization of regulatory information knowledge sharing for all
  • licensed and certified markets, as well as live brands.
  • Support the license application process in various regulated markets.
  • Prepare training material and manage employee compliance training.
  • Assist in developing Regulatory Compliance Policies.
  • Maintain regulatory licenses held by GiG, managing fee payments and timel renewals.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the appropriate authorities.
  • Participate in conducting UAT processes before client launches, focusing on compliance areas on the site and thorough testing.
  • Guide the development of client compliance frameworks using controls, logic rules and features within GiG platforms during client meetings.
  • Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance-related role within the gaming industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of international gambling regulations, license applications, and reporting obligations.
  • Strong research skills in new markets and regulations.
  • Excellent time-management skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

– University Degree in a relevant field.
