You will be responsible for the building and maintaining relationship with company’s commercial partners, with responsibility for retention and growth, specifically for the publishing unit. With relationship management and deal optimization as your primary goals, you will be contributing to achieving core KPIs. You will be in charge of optimizing deals, following dedicated markets’ trends and maintaining the integrity of our products and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with relevant partners within your portfolio of accounts, while managing day to day customer requirements relating to company’s products
- Have a thorough understanding of our client and their products and services, to promote the company in the right way with each interaction
- Regularly report & forecast opportunities
- Own your region / market and understand fully the potential channels and prospects needs, identifying any enhancements to the product offering to ensure maximum revenue generation
- Train, mentor and support Junior members of the team
- Collaborate with the rest of the sales team and as well as the publishing, finance, legal and other relevant teams within the company
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets together and as a part of the sales team
- Negotiating strong commercial deals and finding new opportunities in order to create bigger portfolio of relevant clients
- Deliver exceptional service to your clients, representing the challenger spirit of our client through high integrity, high availability approach towards all partners and customers alike
- Follow up on deals made, check on payments and assist in daily administrative tasks

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of iGaming experience needed (either from the operators’ or affiliation side, as an account / affiliate manager)
- A go-getter attitude and not afraid to roll your sleeves up
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language
- Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Comfortable in an environment where priorities and plans change rapidly, but with the intention
- Excellent analytical skills, able to analyze and interpret data to develop actionable insights
- Ability in managing details and balancing multiple accounts and tasks.
- Deliver tangible impact in a fast-moving and people focused organization and looking to do things different to the norms.
- Proven experience interacting with customers and internal teams
- Proactively identify, plan and execute customer growth enablers
- Good understanding of BI tools and analyzing commercial performance & trends
