Act as the main liaison within the Technical Integration Managers team, assisting internally on several aspects of our platforms throughout the integration process as well as after launch of our partners:
What you’ll be doing:
- Communicate and coordinate with different tech teams to ensure that everything runs smoothly
- Participate in the improvement of business and operational procedures for integration purposes
- Liaise with and configure third-party providers integrated into GiG Platforms
- Take ownership of sub-projects, track progress and provide regular internal updates on timelines
- Find new and innovative solutions for technical problems and processes
- Assist Technical Integration Managers in troubleshooting issues
- Act as temporary backup for Technical Integration Managers when needed
Who you are:
- You have basic technical knowledge across various fields (Database, Infra, Front End, Back End, APIs, SQL)
- You have the ability to manage multiple requests and issues concurrently
- You have good problem-solving skills
- You have good verbal and written communications skills
- You have good presentation skills
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
- Excellent team player
- Knowledge of dotnet and C# is desirable
- Knowledge of different verticals of the gaming industry is desirable but not required
