Director of Delivery


The Director of Delivery is fully responsible for the delivery of the development, project management, quality and timely delivery of current and future projects and initiatives.He/She ensures that all delivery processes are efficient and cost effective at all times.

As Director of Delivery you have very good knowledge about current market needs, expectations and requirements across the EU and US.

The chosen person will be responsible for the execution of multiple products, services related projects across all the Platform Business Unit.

The Director of Delivery ensures Delivery standards and best practices are well maintained across the department and the entire Platform Business Unit in order to deliver high onboarding and project delivery quality end to end and strive for customer success at all times.

At the Gaming Innovation Group, the Director of Delivery is a strong, compassionate leader who understands today’s challenges in attraction and retention of people.

He/She is a strategic thinker who has strong knowledge in the overall Delivery cycle that includes Project Management, Technical Integration, Account Management to best onboard and serve our partners.

He/She directs overall project management methodology and maintains operating models that aligns with ROI business priorities while overseeing day to day operational issues related to projects and onboarding execution.

He/She will have experience in dealing with different partners and 3rd party solutions such as payment providers and any other potential 3rd party suppliers.

The Director of Delivery will be part of Platform Senior Leadership group and will work very closely with Sales, Business Development, Product, Managed Services and Tech team across the Platform Unit.


Responsibilities :

  • The main point of contact for delivery and act as an advocate between the service delivery and the customers/partners.
  • Full ownership of project execution and delivery across the entire Platform Business Unit.
  • Lead the Delivery team and drive positive morale.
  • Be the point of escalation for delivery issues and engage the Management team and/or other key stakeholders where necessary to resolve problems and overcome obstacles.
  • Maintain overall Delivery Management Team readiness and ability to support Platform business objectives and priorities.
  • Identify specific skills, experience and capacity levels required for effectively managing and completing all ongoing and future projects and initiatives within budget and in a timely manner.
  • Take ongoing ownership of all project-related data and KPIs as well as ensure accuracy of reporting related to project progress and results.
  • Manage, estimate, and continually improve delivery processes, project execution and project management across all projects and accounts.
  • Meet targets for project revenue, profits and resources planning.
  • Ensure that internal projects and initiatives related to project delivery are aligned with overall business strategy and priorities.
  • Work with the People Team to identify potential needs, challenges and opportunities to maintain great retention and development of Talent.
  • Represent the needs and interests of the Delivery Team to the Executive Team and throughout the organization.
  • Provide sales support and contribute to a Platform strategy, offerings and sales as needed.



  • Proven experience in managing large distributed and international teams.
  • Proven experience interacting with customers and internal C-level executives.
  • Expert business and financial analysis skills, including the established history of accountability and ownership for the program and/or organizational profit and loss.
  • Solid knowledge and advanced experience in project management principles, methods, and techniques in the IT industry.
  • An inspiring leader and proven experience in setting direction and leading high performing teams driving success and accountability
  • Ability in managing details and balance multiple projects and tasks.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, delegation and time management skills.
