Player Safety Advisor - English Speaking
You will conduct accurate monitoring of behaviours and betting patterns which may indicate Responsible Gambling concerns and act on them with sympathy, efficiency and professionalism.
Handling of customer RG queries through different channels including phone calls, live chat and emails also forms an important aspect of your role.
Who you are
To succeed in this role, you need to be driven and have a strong ambition to perform well. We expect you to speak fluent English.
With strong oral and written communication skills, you have experience in the gaming industry, preferably in a customer facing or compliance role.
First Class communication and soft skills, both oral and written in English.
Excellent analytical skills.
Strong gaming industry knowledge and experience, preferably in CS, Risk and Fraud or VIP.
Proficient in RG procedures and processes.
Familiarity of RG triggers and consequences.
High social awareness.
Commercial appreciation and understanding.
