The Product Specialist’s main responsibility is to develop and support GIG Magic and its product lifecycle, keeping the product relevant through an outside-in approach.
What you'll be doing
The role is expected to contribute in the business development of GIG Magic through periodic meetings with customers, user testing, surveys and other relevant activities. The role will play in important part in pre-sales, solution design and other activities to make sure we offer potential customers the most relevant value proposition.
The other main responsibility is to provide consultancy services to GIG Magic clients, including marketing execution, customer lifecycle, segmentation and other system configuration such as competitions, campaigns etc.
There will be close interaction with the Customers, including Head of Brands, Marketing Teams and Core Tech Team Lead, through meetings, project tools and other in order to develop the product in a consistent, timely and accurate manner. Periodic meetings and discussions with other stakeholders, such as the QA Department, CRM, Sales and CIO to be expected as well.
No budget ownership. No direct reports.

- Follow Osterwalder’s business model canvas for new features
- Create and follow-up relevant tickets in order to improve GIG Magic
- Attend stand-ups and other forums in order to track progress
- Present new features and release notes to customers
- Train customers and write documentation
