What you'll be doing

We need to strengthen our team on the marketing side for! We’re looking for a detailed and driven person to help us plan, coordinate and send out our marketing campaigns along with dealing with the day-to-day CRM of our Sportsbook.


We are currently looking for Sportsbook Coordinator who is ready to make a serious contribution into our Sportsbook experience and join a creative team of happy people. 

In this position, you will be the main cog in the wheel in relation to our marketing and communication execution. You will be responsible for our retention and life-cycle campaigns as well as many other internal and external marketing campaigns, big and small.

A large part of the job is to collect information from all stakeholders and ensure that all communication is spot on throughout the customer journey based on the data to improve campaigns in the future. You will also execute and support our strategy from a delivery point of view, but it is very important that from time to time you come up with your own suggestions for continuous improvement purposes.

Who you are

It is an advantage that you come from a Scandinavian background of the business so as to understand better how players think and what makes them tick but it’s not essential. You should be experienced or at least have some knowledge in the business in general and comfortable and confident in assisting to drive revenue forward. Ideally, you should be a hands-on doer that has some working experience in sportsbook. You should also be keen to work and learn more to handle KPIs such as ARPU, retention, conversion - CRM and game performance. Finally, you are motivated to develop our player centric activities such as automated marketing, acquisition and retention campaigns and Ideally you have some copywriting skills. 


This is a broad role where we will be needing a rockstar who can get what needs to be done within the team sorted. CRM will be a large part of this.
