Do you want to promote and spread the word about the most exciting portfolio of online casino brands in the industry? Our team of five members are only happy with being nr 1 in the long run. Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen.

What you'll be doing

Researching, recruiting and activating new affiliates
Negotiation of deals, promotions and incentives with affiliates.
Building relationships and maximising performance from existing affiliates.
Identify the key affiliates and work closely with them to build solid relationships to generate further exposure and revenues.
Planning and executing affiliate marketing promotions.
Planning and specifying new affiliate marketing strategies.
Maintaining up to date affiliate contact lists.
Continuously reviewing existing deals and making adjustments where necessary to ensure they are efficiently structured and commercially viable.

Who are you?

You are currently thriving in a similar role, most probably in an iGaming company. Even though being successful and appreciated in your current job, you long for more manoeuvring space to fully leverage your skills and personality in a more agile organisation.
Whilst being a very organised and structured person with analytical abilities, you also possess a creative side and like to contribute in creative processes such as campaign ideas/concepts.
It goes without saying that you are a confident socialiser who master the art of selling, and understand that successful affiliate operations require a combination of hard-core selling combined with high service towards affiliate partners. Since the company rapidly expanding our business internationally you will be dealing with affiliates from geographies around the world. The role reports directly to the Head of Affiliates.


+3 years experience of Affiliate Marketing, preferably within iGaming.
+3 years of other relevant working experience.
Demonstrated (with references) and successful track record of sales and negotiations.
A high level of service mindedness.
People management experience.
Preferably a higher education/academic degree.
Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken.
