The Role

Lead a team focused on best CRM service offering for our B2B customers (both operators and white labels). The team’s key responsibilities are to ensure the CRM Product offering is rolled out with the best service levels to our customers, to ensure partner relations between CRM tools providers and IGC as well as act as subject matter experts for any our customers’ key challenges in this space.

What you'll be doing

  • Ownership of commercial and partner relations with CRM tools providers (ensuring required visibility and engagement of various stakeholders) 
  • Be a champion of the customer and passionate about improving their experience. Engage proactively with customers to fully understand their needs. 
  • Apply your CRM expertise: including idea generation, tools expertise, implementation overview and performance analysis. Help differentiate the iGC offering and bring innovation.
  • Seek to raise the bar on our strategy and our processes where possible whilst mastering the understanding of existing CRM offering
  • Keep up to date with the best in class in CRM tools and processes in wider online industries.
  • Work closely with various teams across IGC to ensure our offering is rolled-out at best possible levels and focus is placed on the best customer experience 
  • Maintain a constant overview of status for each customer and plans for on boarding customers

The person in this position has to have a good understanding of CRM, ideally specific product understanding of offerings such as Selligent and Optimove in a B2B environment.

Your Background

Ideally, you should be in possession of a tertiary level of education in a related field and have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

B2B Customer Relationship

You should be willing and able to take full ownership while anticipating, recognizing and meeting the needs of our B2B customers.

Influencing People

It is important that you can come up with ideas and use your great communication skills to influence people and gain win-win agreements to your plans and proposals.

Awareness of the business and Commercial Focus

You should be service oriented and understand how our business works and understand organizational systems as well as having the ability to own the commercial offering of our CRM Product

Level of Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or similar field

Work Experience
3-5 or more years in a similar role
