The iGC Training department handles external operator as well as internal staff training on subjects ranging across the whole iGaming industry and the iGC platform. We play a key role in launching new and exciting Casino and Sportsbook brands, as well as being responsible for the training of iGC staff and GIG's internal brands.

What you'll be doing

Deliver platform training to internal GIG operators and iGC staff.
Deliver platform training to external operators.
Deliver Escalations Training to all staff using the iGC platform.
Maintain existing documentation and teaching resources.
iGC internal help desk for Back Office related questions
Aid in the delivery of the team's development projects and objectives

Who are you?

You have the ability to work well with multiple teams, in a multi-tasking environment, Having exceptional relationship management, communication & interpersonal skills and also passionate about learning and the sharing of knowledge with others.
You should have the ability to analyse a situation from multiple aspects and find the best solution for iGC and its partners.
